Our Purpose

We are not only another beauty salon. We are a Black Woman Owned organization, here to serve a basic need in the community! I have created this salon to serve the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) community! This has been a population that has been underserved for a very long time in this state and now is the time things need to change!

Making sure you love the person you are, is our passion! And we want to make sure our passion shows on every client that walks out of our doors. Through ongoing education, our stylists stay up to date on the latest cuts, styles, and techniques to bring you the looks you want.

From cornrows to a nice fade, our stylist and barbers can help with almost any braiding or haircut! You will leave here with great hair and a positive attitude!

Our Humble Beginnings...

The BIPOC Youth Hair Clinics were sponsored and started by The Rutland Area NAACP in 2021. This was the amazing idea of a young lady named Asia Thompson! Unfortunately, she decided to move away, and La'Keiah Batista Sanchez was asked to step up and organize these clinics. Though La'Keiah has no background in haircare, besides what she had to learn to maintain in this state, she stepped up and help make this happen. 4 BIPOC Youth Hair Clinics later, here we are!
